For two days the epicenter of the commercial embroidery and apparel decoration industry will be the Murfreesboro Conference Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
It is there where, on June 16 and 17, the Embroidery Mart trade show will take place. It is also where you will find our Digital Art Solutions team at booth No. 307 hanging out, answering questions and ready to help you create the highest quality, production-ready graphics without needing to hire a designer.
Here are the details for the show (register for it here):
- When: June 16-17, 2019
- Where: Murfreesboro Conference Center, Murfreesboro, TN
The cost of admission is $20 per person (there is no charge if you are a current member of NNEP). The fee will include free classes on both Sunday and Monday that begin at 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
There will be plenty to do, see and learn both days.
You’ll catch our own Craig Mertens doing a couple of the classes, including one on Maximizing Sales and Productivity with Vinyl Cutter. The other will focus on Converting Vector Artwork to Embroidery, Applique, and Monogramming without Digitizing.
The first class will outline some best practices for getting the most out of your sales and productivity with a vinyl cutter, with an emphasis on design and production skills in CorelDRAW with the DAS Multi-Decorating System.
As for the second class, Craig will be presenting, well, you won’t want to miss it. Among other things, you’ll learn how to convert vector artwork produced in CorelDRAW, Illustrator or some other vector graphics programs into lovely embroidery, applique, and monograms.
But if you really want to step things up, grab a ticket to attend the workshop we’re sponsoring and that will also be led by Craig.
Craig is part of Workshop No. 2, which is about Maximizing Sales and Productivity with Vinyl Cutter and Heat Press. He’ll give you a first-hand look at the DAS Multi-Decoration System, which isn’t a bad thing.
After all, multi-decoration and personalization are pretty popular these days.
Craig’s workshop is on June 15 and will go from 1-5 p.m. at Embroidery Mart. All attendees will not only leave with knowledge but also a voucher for a graphics collection valued at $150 from DAS.
If you snag your ticket early through preregistration the cost is $30, while it will run you $50 on-site (that is, if any seats are still available).
If you can’t make it to the show, we’re always available to answer questions and show you how we can help with your business needs.
