Digital Art Solutions does not provide any level of support for software running with CorelDRAW X7 or older. If your software is not listed below, contact us to review your upgrade options.

Do I need CorelDRAW in order to use Smart Designer?

Smart Designer Pro is an add-on software that blends in seamlessly with CorelDRAW. Smart Designer Pro adds over 150 design and production features to CorelDRAW that automate and simplify art production. Smart Designer Pro turns CorelDRAW into a powerful graphics system for the apparel decoration, sign making, awards and promotional products industries.


Is technical support included?

We provide free technical support on the current most and previous version of our software. Software versions older than the two most current will require an upgrade in order to receive technical support. Contact our team at 800-959-7627 to learn about upgrade options.

How long does it take for my order to process and ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours from receipt – within 48 hours on weekends. Order processing begins at the time you receive your order confirmation email (usually a few seconds after the order is submitted).

If your order included digital download products, you will receive links to download installers along with activation codes to unlock products included in your order. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you can access the tracking page of your courier to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Is there a free trial?
